Why are we waiting?

Shoppers beware! On High Streets across the country Brits are seeing red as they wait in line, admitting that they suffer from “queue rage” after just three minutes, according to (our new client) multimedia retailer QVC. Other top shopping hates include unhelpful shop assistants, busy stores, poor quality goods and a lack of available colours or sizes. Stroppy shoppers admit to arguing with their partner, throwing tantrums and even bursting into tears...!

The story certainly resonated with the media and we got some great coverage in Daily Express, Daily Telegraph, Metro, Daily Mirror, Daily Star and on BBC Radio Five Live today.
