Despite UK purse-strings being tightened in recent years, a new survey by our motor insurance client esure reveals that bad drivers are still forking out their hard-earned cash on motoring fines. Drivers clock up a massive £200million every year in fines for offences such as speeding, which has clocked up some nice coverage in the Daily Mail (right), Metro and The Sun.
