Back in January, Mischief won the Creative Shootout (for the second year) as we delivered an idea to promote conversation about mental health for the leading campaign, Time To Change, run by the charities Mind and Rethink Mental Illness.
Following our success in the competition we have been working with Time To Change to develop the creative strategy for Time To Talk Day in 2018. Time To Talk Day brings the nation together every year to get talking about mental health and break the silence around the topic.
Our campaign for this year looks to address one of the most common excuses about not talking about difficult topics – the classic response of “it’s not the time or the place”.
However, the strategy flips this excuse on its’ head as it is the right time (especially on Time To Talk Day) to talk about mental health and you can talk about it in any place you wish… whether at work, in the toilet or even at the top of a mountain.
The creative will inform communications in the run up to and on 1 February, Time To Talk Day itself, through advertising, social, PR and community packs (or Chatter Boxes as we’ve called them).
Plenty more to come, but if you’d like to get involved in Time To Talk Day 2018 then find out more here.
